Hollister Inc. Celebrates 20 Years
Kip Hollister and her team marked the company's 20th anniversary by hosting an event at the Massachusetts State House that celebrated the sustained growth of the Commonwealth's superlative workforce over the past 20 years. The celebration included over 600 business and political leaders from across the state.

"Our first 20 years connecting the state's best companies with its brightest talent has been an amazing experience," said Hollister.
"While we've witnessed the same economic highs and lows as the rest of the country over those two decades, I can honestly say that I have never seen a decline in the superior quality of the individuals that we continue to place at Massachusetts companies."
Hollister founded the company in 1988 with the dream of eliminating the transactional nature of the industry. Her goal was to build a values and relationship driven organization, while guiding both candidates and clients through the real challenges associated with the ever evolving job market.
