Massachusetts Innovation & Technology Exchange teams with AT&T to provide New England developers a chance to win cash and exposure for their wireless applications!

On Monday, August 18, Massachusetts Tecnology & Innovation Exchange (MITX) and AT&T announced a new initiative to find the best wireless application in New England.  

The contest, named AT&T’s “Fast-Pitch New England” is the first locally-based mobile application contest in the company’s history.  It offers New England based developers a chance to win $10,000 cash, promotion of their application online and exposure in more than 120 AT&T company-owned retail locations throughout the region. 

Applications will be accepted until September 30, 2008 and three finalists will be announced on October 22, 2008.  Finalists will be invited to present their applications & business plans to a panel of AT&T leadership, venture capitalists, global handset providers, and other industry influencers on November 12 in Framingham, MA.
