Dusan leads the SapientNitro Boston Experience Design practice. His group provides customer-centric, research and strategy-driven multi-channel information architecture and experience design services across a variety of projects ranging from portals and on-line applications to e-commerce and brand-driven solutions. Dusan (although a long time Boston resident) joined Sapient in London 5 years ago. While there, he worked on projects for City of London Telecom, Vodafone, Times of London and Sky Entertainment among others. He missed Boston’s weather so much, he moved back 3 years ago and has since been leading a variety of projects for large Fortune 500 clients as well as the experience design group. Under his leadership, the team expanded from a handful to one of the largest and most vibrant experience design groups in New England.

Before Sapient, Dusan was a founder and UX Director at ArtMediaLab – working with major publishing companies such as Pearson, Thomson Brooks Cole and Addison Wesley. While running his company, he was an Assistant Professor at Massachusetts College of Art where he helped create curriculum for undergraduate and graduate web design and information architecture classes.

Dusan’s education spans a number of disciplines covering all aspects of web design: In his home country of Serbia, he graduated from a high school specializing in sciences and computer programming. In the USA, he holds a BFA in Graphic Design, and a Masters in Dynamic Media.
