BOSTON - Antler, a new Boston-based experiential and digital marketing agency, today announced its official public launch with Antler Gives A Buck. The quarterly competition will reward winning non-profit organizations with complimentary branding and social media marketing services. The contest launched this week, and is open to all non-profit organizations to enter by visiting Facebook. To be considered, organizations entering the inaugural Antler Gives a Buck contest must submit information about their organization by June 30, 2010. A panel of judges will select eight finalists who will then compete in a public voting forum on Antler's Facebook page. The organization that has rallied the most support after a three-week voting period will take home the Buck.
"Antler believes in doing good, and with our Gives a Buck program we are making an ongoing commitment to help others who do good," says Luke Garro, co-founder at Antler. "For years our team has worked closely with a number of excellent non-profit organizations and has even created and launched many internal initiatives to help the world in which we live."
Non-traditional marketing pioneers Terry Lozoff and Luke Garro founded Antler in November 2009. Both were co-founders of Street Attack, a top alternative marketing agency that has been a thought leader in the word of mouth and street marketing space since 2001. In the six months since Antler was founded, the company has taken on a dozen clients including Boston-based international news organization GlobalPost and well-known international spirits brand Magners Irish Cider. The company currently has 15 employees.
