Ms. Burns and Ms. Quinan have joined the firm as shareholders and will Co-Chair the firm's Trusts and Estates Group. Their practice is concentrated in the areas of estate and business succession planning for individuals, business owners and executives, with an emphasis on estate tax minimization planning, multi-generational wealth transfer planning, charitable planning, estate and trust administration, and counseling fiduciaries. Ms. Quinan and Ms. Burns will collaborate with clients' other advisors to design comprehensive, tax-efficient wealth transfer plans.
As members of the firm's Corporate & Business Department, Ms. Burns and Ms. Quinan will be part of an experienced team advising clients on a variety of tax and general business matters as well.
