- Is the value proposition clear and can it be documented/measured?
- How it creates a competitive advantage or opportunity for customers?
Technical Merit
- Have customers successfully implemented the technology and getting measurable payback from it?
- Does the technology support the business solution?
- Is the technology easily integrated with other applications or systems?
Scalability
- Is the product/entry positioned for future growth?
- Can the technology scale to increased demand without compromising performance?
Innovation
- Does the entry approach the business problem from a unique perspective?
- Is the technology competitively positioned, offering a true value proposition?
