Through her extensive shopper journey research over the past decade, Devora Rogers has witnessed the rise and fall of shopper touchpoints’ in terms of usage and influence. Recently, the shopper journey and their mindset when shopping has begun to shift again. In this dynamic and data-rich presentation Devora will provide an in-depth look at Murphy Research’s 2019 shopper study that reveals new shopping trends – including how these trends change by category, demo, channel and shopper archetype. She’ll reveal key inflection points in the new shopper journey and opportunities for brands to reach and influence shoppers in some unexpected places.
About the Speaker
Devora Rogers brings extensive experience in shopper marketing, digital tech, and B2B marketing strategy. Devora helps clients transform their business, break down silos and deepen shopper engagement through quantitative shopper insights and technology innovation. Devora was instrumental in pioneering new path to purchase methodology adopted by Google as the basis of their groundbreaking 2011 ZMOT study. Previously, she has held senior leadership roles at Inmar and IPG’s Shopper Sciences. Devora is a regularly featured speaker at industry and client conferences; her TedX talk on the Future of Shopping and Retail has been watched over 200,000 times.
