Americans will now have the ability to control how companies selling in or to CA residents collect and keep their personal data. During this session, Eric D Church of Morgan Lewis will discuss what the immediate implications are for eCommerce companies, how it will be enforced and what it means for the future of business and customer data.

It is predicted in the next year 80% of all customer interactions will be handled by artificial intelligence (AI).
